Natural camping pitches
The campsite is open during summer season (approximately May-September)
Solliden Camping offers natural camping pitches for tents, campers and caravans in a peaceful place, but still close to the city.
The campsite has about 40 pitches with access to electricity and even much more without.
The places are not numbered, so you can choose your own spot on the site among the available spots.
Please note about safety; the nearest carriages must be 4 meters away: safety zone 4 meter.
We don’t take reservations in advance for the campsite, which means the places (pitches) are filled in order of arrival.
Choose a spot that is suitable for you an remember to take other guests into consideration.
When you arrive:
- Always first Check-in at the reception.
- Fill out the passenger form with all who are in your family/group/company – all must be accounted for – and make the payment and you get at place number.
- Please note that it is not allowed to be on the area before check-in is completed.
A passenger form is to be filled in at arrival with names and personal data of all guests. If you come from outside the Nordic countries you need to have a valid ID (passport etc).
All accommodation services are required to collect passenger card information from all accommodation passengers. Accommodation service provider is designated information holder of this information in order to comply with Finnish law.
Check-in between 15:00-20:00
Check-out before 12:00 on the day of departure.
Please respect our times for check-in and check-out as the driveway to the campsite is narrow and traffic jams might be caused by traffic going both ways at the same time.
It is prohibited to set up a fire in the caravan area. Fireplaces and barbecue huts are situated in the hotel area close to the harbour.
It is only allowed to move your vehicle between the entrance and your own parking space.
Please keep silence at night from 21.00 to 07.00. It is prohibited to use barbecues and vehicles during this time. Respect the others by keeping silent.
Avoid unnecessary driving during this time.
Keep the surroundings of your camping space nice and neat, and clean up properly before you leave. Please take your garbage and waste to the recycled waste bins.
It is strictly forbidden to enter with weapons or other disturbing or dangerous objects on to the area.
Solliden Camping is not responsible for any lost personal property or vehicles in the area. Neither are they responsible for any accidents occurred in the area.
The security distance between the vehicles should be 4 meters.
It is prohibited to share electricity from the electricity poles and put extension cords over the driveway.
Trading is prohibited in the area.
A person who does not follow the given instructions can be removed from the area.
Minor persons are not allowed to stay on the campsite without their guardian.

Pets are welcome, but please show consideration for other guests. Pets should be kept on leash and are not allowed on the public beach and do remember always to pick up after your dog. Also keep in mind the sun and heat and do not leave your dog in the car or in a hot trailer.

- Seaside Sauna (extra fee 30€/h, 50€/2h, book at the reception in advance at least 2h before you want to have the sauna)
- Accessible toilet and changing table for infants
- Cooking place, with possibility to make food and wash your dishes
(bring your own pans, pots, plates, utensils, as the camping doesn’t provide these) - Drinkable water in every tap (Tap water is safe to drink in Finland)
- Outdoor barbeque, roofed (bring your own firewood/charcoal/briquettes, can also be bought at the reception)
- Cannot be used during forest fire alerts, as it is classified as an open air barbeque/fireplace.

- You can then only use your own gas powered (or equivalent) fire safe barbeques.
